How can I track my orders?
If you are waiting on your order to be dispatched, we will email you an update as soon as they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, you can check the most up-to-date delivery status by going to the courier’s website and looking up your tracking number.
The tracking number provided is not working
You may need to wait up to 2 business days for your tracking number to display information on the courier website.
If nothing is added on the courier’s tracking page after 2 business days since the tracking was added, please contact us.
Can I schedule a specific time/day for delivery?
We cannot guarantee specific delivery days, however, you may try calling the courier directly once dispatch and tracking information has been provided. The courier may be able to give you a better estimate of your delivery.
Can I delay the dispatch of my order?
As products are subject to availability, we cannot reserve items in order to allow for delayed dispatch requests.
Your order is sent to our Vendors immediately after being placed so that they can dispatch your purchase as soon as possible.
Order tracking details can be uploaded up to2 working days after dispatch, so please be mindful that orders may have already left the Vendor’s warehouse even if the current order status is ‘Pending Dispatch.’
