Shipping Settings and Types
eziMoon provides the following shipping types for stores:
- Shipping by zone
- Shipping by country
- Shipping by weight
Shipping Zones
A shipping zone is a geographical area to which you ship items. You can enable this option from here:
Vendor Dashboard -> Settings -> Shipping
You can then set the processing time and select shipping by zone as the shipping type.

Edit Shipping Zones
Clicking on edit will redirect you to the edit-zone page where you edit various parameters for the selected zone.
Add Shipping Method
Once you click this a pop-up will appear prompting you to select the shipping method from the following options:
- - Flat rate
- - Local pickup
- - Free shipping
1. Select flat rate from the dropdown menu
Flat rate shipping is a shipping method that allows you to define a standard rate per item, per shipping class, or per order. Below are the steps you'll need to take to setup the flat rate method for your store
2. Configure flat rate settings
Once you add this shipping method, it will be listed on the edit zone page. The next step will be to click on the edit button to configure the flat rate method. Make sure you click save method settings when you are done.
1. Select the free shipping method from the add shipping method dropdown menu
This shipping method allows you to offer free shipping.
2. Configure free shipping settings
After saving your changes, you can click on edit and fill out the following fields from the pop-up. Make sure you click save method settings when you are done.
1. Add local pickup method from the add shipping method dropdown menu
Local pickup is a method that lets customers collect an order themselves.
2. After saving this you will have to click on the edit option to configure this method
Once you click edit, you will see a similar pop-up window. Make sure you click save method settings when you are done.
