How Can We Help?
To manage your store, go to Settings in the left-hand side menu.
Manage Store Settings
Once you have navigated to the Settings section in your dashboard, a group of setting sections can be found. From here you can manage a number of different options.
Basic Store Settings
You can manage your basic store settings by clicking on the Store button.
Manage Advance Store Settings
By clicking on the Brand tab you can start to configure the more advance settings in your store.
Manage Billing Settings
By clicking on the Billing button in the Settings area of your dashboard, you can then setup your billing details.
Manage Shipping Settings
Click the Shipping button in your Settings area to manage your store's shipping details.
Manage Store Policies
Click the Policies button in your Settings area to setup your store's policies.
Enable/Disable Vacation Mode
To activate or deactivate vacation mode, click the corresponding button in your Settings area. When you enable Vacation Mode a vacation message will be displayed in your stores page.
Manage Customer Support
In your Settings area, navigate to the Customer Support section to configure the corresponding settings.
