How Can We Help?
eziMoon offers you the ability to manage delivery persons within the platform. The rest of this article will look at the features of this and how it works.
Delivery Persons Dashboard
To add delivery persons to your store, simply navigate to Vendor Dashboard -> Delivery Persons -> Add New
Adding Delivery Person
After clicking the add new button you will be taken to a screen to fill out details about the new delivery person.
Managing Delivery Persons
When you're in the Delivery Person dashboard you can see a list of delivery persons which you can manage. Above is an example (please note only eziMoon admin can see the Store column).
Assign Delivery Person - Step 1
You can assign a delivery person directly from your order dashboard. You will find a delivery icon in each order as shown above.
Assign Delivery Person to Item
After clicking the assign delivery person button you will be taken to the order detail page where you can assign a delivery person from a list of those available.
Choose Delivery Person
Click the dropdown menu to select the delivery person of your choice.
