Request a Refund
You may request a refund from your Dashboard -> Orders -> Each item
If you have already requested a commission withdrawal for that order then you will not able to ask for a refund.

Customer Refund Request
Your customers may request a refund from My Account Dashboard -> Orders -> Each item

Types of Refunds
When your customer clicks the request button a popup will open and they can select from a number of options that you have set.
They may ask for –
- Full Refund
- Partial Refund
Additionally, they may add a reason for the refund request.

Refund Details
Refund details are visible under each order details page.

Commission Invoices
You will also see refund details in your commission invoices as well.

Refund Notifications
You will receive notifications for all “Refund” activities.
