How Can We Help?
As a vendor, you are allowed to withdraw your commissions via the following payment options:
- PayPal
- Stripe
- Stripe Split Pay
- Skrill
- Bank Transfer
- Cash Pay
Follow the steps below to set up each option.
PayPal
You can connect to your PayPal account by navigating to Store Manager -> Setting -> Payment -> Preferred Payment Method
Stripe - Step 1
To connect to your Stripe account, simple go to Store Manager -> Setting -> Payment -> Preferred Payment Method
Stripe - Step 2
Once you click the “Connect with Stripe” button you will be redirected to the Stripe site to connect your account with eziMoon’s stripe account.
Disconnect Stripe
You can disconnect your Stripe account at any time by clicking the button as seen above.
Payfast
When selecting a preferred payment option there is also the ability to select Payfast. See the above image for an example.
Paystack
To configure your Paystack account navigate to Vendor Dashboard -> Settings -> Payments as shown above.
