What do I do if I missed my delivery?

If you have missed the delivery you may get a call, SMS, or card from the courier.

If nobody was there to receive or sign for the delivery your order may have been returned to the courier’s depot awaiting your collection or redelivery instructions.

Please get in touch with the courier to organize redelivery of your order as soon as possible.

My order has been returned to the Vendor

If your order has been returned to the Vendor, please get in touch with us so that the Vendor can organize a redelivery.

Your order may have been returned because of:

  • Incorrect address
  • Nobody available to accept or sign for the delivery
  • Order not collected from post office
  • Damaged in transit

I have not received all my items

eziMoon is an online marketplace that is home to many different products that are dispatched from a large variety of Vendors. Considering this, there are a chance individual items in your order may arrive in separate deliveries.

Your order could also be packaged as part of multiple boxes, and because of this, occasionally one parcel may arrive before another.

If the estimated delivery time has elapsed and there are no updates from the courier, please contact the Vendor so that they can investigate.
Courier complaint
Unfortunately, as couriers are third party contractors selected by our Vendors, we would kindly appreciate your understanding that these events may be beyond the control of eziMoon.

If you would like to lodge a complaint so that we can improve the service for the benefit of all customers please contact us so that the Vendor can review your feedback.
Additional delivery charges
Our Vendors endeavour to provide you with the cheapest delivery prices possible.

Each product is measured and calculated individually by the courier selected by each Vendor, meaning extra delivery charges may be necessary for your purchase depending on your delivery address. These charges are requested by the Vendor, not eziMoon, as these costs reflect the actual cost the courier will charge to send the item to your address.

If applicable, this arrangement should be noted on the delivery tab on the product details page. It is important that you take a look at the delivery tab for this information prior to placing your order. If you continue with the order, we will then email you an invoice for the freight amount which you can pay directly online.

If you place your order that requires an additional freight invoice to be paid and you would not like to proceed with the order, please contact us to cancel the order.
