COVID-19 Update
The eziMoon Marketplace will continue to operate during this Covid-19 pandemic offering a wide range of products.
eziMoon knows that this extremely challenging time is affecting our customers, Vendors and their couriers. We are noticing a large increase in orders and enquiries as more people begin to shop online.
So how long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
Due to different governments’ rules and regulation about quarantine and social distancing, there are some impacts causing delivery delays. Our Vendors air working hard to ensure they dispatch your orders as soon as they can, however, the number of staff available to a Vendor may vary due to public health directions restricting businesses.
How long does delivery take?
Once your order has been dispatched, understand that it may possibly take longer than normal for your item to arrive. eziMoon is working hard to keep you informed, and our team is trying to update estimated delivery timeframes as much as we are able to.
How will my package be delivered?
The team at eziMoon value everybody’s health and safety. To reduce the spread of Covid-19, many couriers are delivering packages with contactless delivery (signature not required).
Tips for placing orders
To assist us, please ensure your order and shipping details are correct when checking out. This will help lower the number of orders being returned to Vendors, which are required to be redelivered where additional charges may apply.

Why haven’t I received a reply to my email?
As eziMoon is a marketplace, an enquiry needs to be submitted on each specific product that you would like to raise an enquiry or report issue against, so that each enquiry is sent to the Vendor of the item.
The eziMoon Customer Support Team and our Vendors endeavour to reply to ticket enquiries within 2-3 business days, Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5.30PM (AEST), excluding Queensland public holidays. During busy periods, please allow a few additional days for a response.
When you get in contact with the eziMoon team you will receive an automated response containing a ticket ID number. Please check your junk/spam folder in case you cannot locate this email. If there is no sign of a confirmation, then it is possible we have not received your enquiry and you may need to send it through again.
If you have received the confirmation or a Vendor is already working on your enquiry, then we ask that you do not submit multiple support tickets as this may delay the resolution time.
Is eziMoon an Australian website?
eziMoon is 100% Australian owned and operated.
When you shop on the eziMoon marketplace, you are supporting a local business that keeps jobs in Australia. Our head office is based in the Gold Coast.
Furthermore, the vast majority of sellers are Australian owned and operated businesses.
How can I track my orders?
If you are waiting on your order to be dispatched, we will email you an update as soon as they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, you can check the most up-to-date delivery status by going to the courier’s website and looking up your tracking number.

If you want to learn more about a product you can submit a product enquiry to the Vendor by navigating to the product page of the item you’re interested in.
