You can view your previous eziMoon orders in your account.
Login or create your eziMoon account and go to Orders page by hovering over the My Account link on the right-hand side. You can view the Status of your order You can click ‘Need Help’ next to the order item to get assistance from the Vendor Please note: the My Purchases page shows orders made within the past 12 months.
I cannot log into my eziMoon Account
If you are unable to log into your eziMoon Account, we recommend: Checking you have entered the correct email address associated with your account. Recover your password to have an email sent with a link and instructions to reset your password.
