If you want to learn more about a product you can submit a product enquiry to the Vendor by navigating to the product page of the item you’re interested in.

Follow the steps below to enquire about a product:

Go to the product page of the item you’re interested in.
Scroll down the page and below ADD TO CART click on the link for “Ask a question”.
Fill in the form to submit your question to the Vendor .

Am I able to reserve stock?

Since eziMoon is an online marketplace, our Vendor’s prices and stock do regularly change

As such, we are unable to hold or reserve stock for items, and so we recommend that you purchase your desired item/s as soon as you can so that you do miss out.

Can I see the product in a showroom?

eziMoon is an online marketplace, and as such there is no physical showroom available for products to be viewed before purchase. To account for this, eziMoon is very selective when it comes to approving Vendors and it is our mission to provide customers with the best prices and the largest variety of products.

How Can I View Vendor Profiles?

You can view a Vendor’s profiles straight from each product listing.

Click on the vendor’s name in the product listing.

The Vendor’s profile will open and you will be able to see their products, reviews, and delivery/warranty information if available.
