Can I do combined shipping?

eziMoon is an online marketplace where products are dispatched by various Vendors. This means we cannot provide combined shipping.

Our Vendors are always looking to offer the cheapest delivery prices possible, but each product’s size and weight is measured and calculated individually by the Vendor’s courier.

If multiple products are ordered simultaneously and delivered to the same address, separate postage costs will still apply.

If you have any enquiries regarding the cost of shipping, please contact the relevant Vendors.

Why is my postcode not working?

When you have entered and selected your postcode and suburb using the shipping calculator and it is showing as ‘invalid’, please follow the steps below to resolve this:

  1. Go to the product page of the item you’d like to enquire about.
  2. Scroll down the page and below ADD TO CART click on the link for “Chat Now”.
  3. Fill in the form to submit your ‘Invalid Postcode error’ enquiry and the team will get back to you within two business days.

Can I get a call prior to delivery?

Items are shipped by different couriers with various policies and services and because of this we cannot guarantee that the courier will call you prior to delivery.

When your order has been dispatched by the Vendor you will get an email update with a link to check your tracking details online.

You may try calling the courier directly once your order has been dispatched and tracking information has been provided as they may be able to give you a more accurate estimate on your delivery.

Can you deliver to a PO Box?

Please look at the delivery tab on individual product listings to see if the product can be delivered to a PO Box.

Please be aware that some items are too bulky to be delivered to a PO Box address, and as products are shipped by numerous couriers, they may need a signature upon delivery.
